All Opencart 3 versions work the same. After install modification there should be a new option under the Mail settings: PHP Mail, SMTP or PHPMailer. Select PHPMailer and enter your SMTP settings, otherwise it will defualt to php mail but using PHPMailer.

Installed it in Opencart 3 and worked smoothly. Do not forget to Refresh Modifications and also go to Opencart Dashboard > Developer Settings (upper right) and refresh "Theme" and "SASS"

Really easy to install, and works perfectly! Sorted out my email issues with Multi-Store. Although you can download for FREE I paid £5.00 and it was well worth it, I would gladly pay more. Thank you!!! :)
